O PROJETO INTEGRADOR COMO FERRAMENTA DIDÁTICO-PEDAGÓGICA E PRÁTICA INTERDISCIPLINAR

Resumo

O presente trabalho aborda sobre a relevância de o Projeto Integrador ser adotado no ensino profissional e tecnológico como recurso didático-pedagógico direcionado para a prática interdisciplinar na tentativa de proporcionar uma educação de qualidade que forneça as bases teóricas e práticas necessárias para que o educando exerça a autonomia, a criatividade e consiga se inserir e se manter no mercado de trabalho após o término do curso técnico. Ainda, permite a troca de conhecimentos e experiências, oportunizando aos estudantes a identificação e a análise de problemas em situações reais, avaliando alternativas e criando soluções para os impactos no desenvolvimento econômico, social e ambiental de uma localidade. Cabe mencionar que as reflexões se respaldam em experiências vividas durante as atividades realizadas na disciplina de Projeto Integrador nas turmas de técnicos em Recursos Humanos e Agropecuária da Escola Técnica Estadual de Educação Profissional e Tecnológica de Diamantino.

Abstract: This work addresses the relevance of the Integrator Project being adopted in professional and technological education as a pedagogical teaching resource aimed at interdisciplinary practice in anattempt to provide quality education that provides the theoretical and practical bases necessary for the student to exercise autonomy, creativity and be able to enter and remain in the job market after finishing the technical course. In addition to allowing the exchange of knowledge and experiences, providing students with the opportunity to identify and analyze problems in real situations, evaluating alternatives and creating solutions for impacts on the economic, social and environmental development of a location. It is worth mentioning that the reflections are based on experiences lived during the activities carried out in the Integrative Project discipline in the groups of technicians in Human Resources and Agriculture at the State Technical School of Professional and Technological Education of Diamantino.
