IMPACTO DA EDUCAÇÃO NO DESENVOLVIMENTO NA SAÚDE DA REGIÃO SUDOESTE DE MATO GROSSO

Resumo

A região sudoeste vem mostrando crescimento em termos de tecnologia e oportunidades do mercado de trabalho na área de saúde. Este estudo apresenta a influência da educação e inovação e seu impacto no desenvolvimento da região sudoeste de Mato Grosso para a área de saúde. A partir de revisão bibliográfica e dados oficiais analisou como as políticas públicas e as instituições de ensino, como a Universidade do Estado de Mato Grosso e seu efeito na formação de recursos humanos e na produção de tecnologias, colocaram Cáceres como polo educacional e de atendimento em saúde. Muitas carências e desafios ainda existem, mas os aspectos positivos das políticas públicas e instituições de ensino como agentes de transformação e de desenvolvimento regional são significativos.

Abstract: The southwest region has shown an increase in terms of technology and job market opportunities in the health sector. This study presents the influence of education and innovation and its impact on area. Through a bibliographical review and official data, he analyzed public policies and educational institutions such as the State University of Mato Grosso and their effect on the training of human resources and the production of technologies, placing Cáceres as an educational and service hub in health. Many shortcomings and challenges still exist, but the positive aspects of public policies, educational institutions as agents of transformation and regional development are significant.
