A IMPORTÂNCIA DE APRENDER SOBRE AUTOCUIDADO HUMANIZADO, COMO SUPERAÇÃO DOS IMPACTOS FÍSICOS E EMOCIONAIS, EM MEIO AO DESENVOLVIMENTO ECONÔMICO, SOCIAL E AMBIENTAL

Resumo

Este estudo busca refletir sobre a construção do processo de cuidar e ensinar o autocuidado, considerando a importância do uso das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação e os aspectos fundamentais da dialogicidade, numa perspectiva humanizadora, colocando o ser humano no centro do processo de desenvolvimento econômico, social e ambiental. As reflexões abordadas surgiram em função das práticas desenvolvidas na disciplina de Didática da Enfermagem na Universidade do Estado de Mato Grosso (Unemat), Campus Universitário de Tangará da Serra. Trata-se de um estudo bibliográfico de cunho qualitativo. A abordagem teórica volta-se para a comunicação humanizada, considerando a metodologia dialógica como elemento central, com o suporte das tecnologias de comunicação disponíveis. São discutidas as concepções biomédicas, para relacionar fatores biológicos, evidenciando práticas na perspectiva tecnicista que excluem a multidimensionalidade dos sujeitos sociais. A perspectiva biopsicossocial busca ampliar o olhar sob o viés holístico. A perspectiva da mediação dialética evidencia o processo de ensino/aprendizagem considerando a importância dos saberes mediatos,imediatos e científicos. Como resultados, percebemos que a essênciado cuidado vai além da visão tecnicista, do saber fazer bem-feito o procedimento técnico. Precisa passar por uma perspectiva humana e humanizadora de saber sentir, ouvir, pôr-se no lugar do outro e saber explicar a importância do procedimento antes de realizá-lo. Como resultados o estudo contribui para envolver o cuidador e a pessoa que precisa de cuidados numa relação de ensino/aprendizagem permanente, usando os meios tecnológicos disponíveis para compreender o contexto biopsicossocial, assegurando a participação integral no seu processo de cuidar.

Abstract: This study seeks to reflect on the construction of the process of caring and teaching self-care, considering the importance of using Information and Communication Technologies and the fundamental aspects of dialogicity, from a humanizing perspective, placing the human being at the center of the economic development process, social and environmental. The reflections addressed emerged due to the practices developed in the Nursing Didactics discipline at UNEMAT – University
of the State of Mato Grosso, University Campus of Tangará da Serra. This is a qualitative bibliographic study. The theoretical approach focuses on humanized communication, considering dialogical methodology as a central element, with the support of available communication technologies. Biomedical concepts are discussed to relate biological factors, highlighting practices from a technical perspective that exclude the multidimensionality of social subjects. The biopsychosocial perspective seeks to broaden the view from a holistic perspective. The perspective of dialectical mediation highlights the teaching-learning process considering the importance of mediate, immediate and scientific knowledge. As a result, we realized that the essence of care goes beyond the technicalvision, of knowing how to do the technical procedure well. You need to go through a human and humanizing perspective of knowing how to feel, listen, put yourself in someone else’s shoes and know how to explain the importance of the procedure before carrying it out. As a result, the study contributes to involving the caregiver and the person who needs care in a permanent teaching/learning relationship, using the technological means available to understand the biopsychosocial context, ensuring
full participation in their care process.
